Manufactured by Kioxia (formerly Toshiba Memory), this 3.84TB SSD utilizes enterprise BiCS FLASH™ TLC NAND technology and advanced data protection features to ensure reliability in 24/7 data center environments. When purchased as a Dell-certified kit, it may include a 13th Gen or 14th/15th Gen drive tray (caddy), depending on configuration.

Backward Compatibility (11G / 12G Systems)

Although this is a 12Gb/s SAS-3 drive, it is generally backward compatible with 11th and 12th Generation Dell PowerEdge servers (such as R610, R620, R710, R720) when using the correct generation drive tray. In these systems, performance will be limited to the controller’s maximum supported speed (typically 6Gb/s).
